How does a Flexible Bending Machine work?

A Flexible Bending Machine combines CNC software, servo motors, intelligent positioning systems, and universal bending tools. The workpiece is automatically clamped and positioned while upper and lower blades perform programmable bending movements.

    The production sequence generally includes:

    1. Automatic sheet positioning
    2. Intelligent clamping
    3. Servo-controlled bending
    4. Automatic angle compensation
    5. Multi-side continuous bending
    6. Finished part unloading

Unlike traditional machines requiring multiple setups, a flexible bender completes complex parts in one cycle, improving efficiency by 3–5 times while minimizing operator intervention.
